Adam Miller is the Manager of Quality, Resilience, and ESG for BJC Health System Supply Chain, specializing in supplier relationships and supplier performance. He is responsible for building a supplier management program that incorporates score carding, regular reviews, risk management, and proactive risk monitoring, leading to significant, measurable increases in key performance metrics. Adam's work extends beyond BJC through his active involvement with the Healthcare Industry Resilience Collaborative (HIRC), where he contributes to the development of industry-wide standards designed to strengthen the resiliency of the healthcare supply chain. Before his current role, Adam held positions within the Quality & Regulatory departments in medical device manufacturing. He holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering and a Master’s Certificate in Lean and Six Sigma from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
The Healthcare Industry Resilience Collaborative (HIRC) is a non-profit consortium of healthcare providers and suppliers dedicated to building a more resilient, transparent, and sustainable medical supply chain.
