Cameron Schaefer has a passion for Continuous Improvement. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (certified by Alcon) he’s led dozens of teams through changes during Kaizen Events and Lean Six Sigma projects, and has firsthand observations in how organizations either succeed, or flounder in the wake of change. He is currently the Field Inventory Operations Manager at Enovis Foot & Ankle, and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M.
