Cody Chason serves as Director of Indirect Procurement, Warehousing at Philips, where he leads enterprise strategy for North American warehousing services and third-party logistics partnerships.

At Philips, he is responsible for category strategy, sourcing, supplier governance, contract architecture, and supplier performance management that strengthen cost discipline and operational resilience across the health-tech supply chain.

Cody brings 18+ years of cross-functional leadership experience spanning logistics, finance, and supply chain roles at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Elo Touch Solutions.

He previously led the end-to-end design and go-live of a 100,000-square-foot North American Operations Center, building and developing a 25-member team responsible for logistics control tower operations, global container visibility, supplier management, customs compliance, and integrated warehouse and execution.

Cody graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee, holds multiple industry certifications, is the Vice President of Administration for the East TN chapter of ASCM, and serves as a subject matter expert for the ASCM CLTD Industry Certification
