David Quintilio is the founder of Leverage Supply Chain Group, a supply chain and logistics consulting firm, and President of Phoenix Assurance, a leading 3PL specializing in medical device and pharmaceutical logistics. With 36 years at UPS, David held key leadership roles across finance, operations, and supply chain, including leading healthcare sector operations for UPS Global Logistics. In 2018, he was promoted to EVP of sales, marketing & strategy for UPS Global Logistics & Distribution before becoming SVP of Global Operations for the newly formed UPS Healthcare division in 2020. Drawing from his deep experience in healthcare logistics at UPS and his expertise in developing innovative supply chain solutions at Leverage, David is leading Phoenix Assurance's transformation into a premier provider of customized, agile logistics solutions for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. His leadership is centered on optimizing operational efficiency, driving strategic growth, and leveraging innovation to meet the evolving needs of healthcare supply chains.
