Jason Bohne

Jason Bohne has invested the past 13 years learning field operations in the med-device orthopedic space. He partners with distributorships to find ways to optimize quality, cost, and delivery, through leadership development, organizational structure, process improvement, systems thinking, best fit IT solutions, inventory optimization, and strategy development. Jason has over 25 years of process improvement experience serving in automotive, electronic contract manufacturing, and building materials industries in addition to his medical device experience. Jason holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Purdue University. Additionally, he holds a Lean Certificate from University of Michigan, was a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with Solectron and has achieved ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
