Jaya brings 25 years of broad experience in Supply Chain & Operations spanning supply and demand planning, procurement, program management, production and systems transformation. Jaya holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, California. Jaya spent 15+ years at Cisco Systems in varied supply chain roles in Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning and Program Management, before joining Intuitive in 2017. At Intuitive, she established the foundation, framework and implementation of the Supply Chain Risk Management program. She then stepped into the world of Supply Chain Planning where she ramped up the S&OP process for all of Intuitive, spanning complex processes around capital equipment vs consumables, planning and manufacturing of New vs. Re-Manufactured systems and integration of several emerging Business Units into the SIOP process. She drove implementation and maturity around using advanced planned systems and standardization of processes and dashboards. Recently, she moved to lead the World Wide Production Planning function spanning multiple factories/ regions all around the globe.
