Kris Renton, VP Field Operations at ZimVie, has over 20 years in the medical device space starting in sales and evolving into to field operations. His career commenced with Medtronic with advancement at NuVasive, Stryker and in his current employer, ZimVie. All of these advancements were within sales until assuming his current role as the VP of Field Operations. This opportunity was brought about by looking through a unique lens to align the customer facing resources with the mindset of the sales organization. He holds a degree from Texas A&M University in Biological Sciences, and has been a consultant for several startups in the medical device space.
