Mark Mastandrea

Mark Mastandrea is Senior Director, Supply Chain at Stryker. Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, offering innovative products and services in Medical and Surgical, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine that help improve patient and hospital outcomes. Mark is responsible for Global Supply Chain Architecture design and Strategy. Mark brings over 30 years of experience in supply chain and operations in ecommerce, robotics, automotive, and ebusiness (B2B). Prior to joining Stryker, Mark served as the Director of Outbound Logistics and Global Vehicle Delivery at Tesla, where he was responsible for the movement of Teslas from the Fremont Factory to delivery points around the world, and held multiple positions at Amazon in Logistics Operations, Product Development, and Planning. Mark’s expertise includes end-to-end supply-chain management, fulfillment and logistics operations, planning, analytics, and fulfillment center and network design, as well as deep experience in product and technology management and implementation. He earned S.M. degrees in Management and in Materials Science and Engineering MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations Program, and holds S.B. degrees in Chemistry and Biology from MIT, and an M.S. in Chemistry from UC Berkeley.
