Mike is the Director of Asset Management, for the United States, and is responsible for optimizing implant and instrument productivity in conjunction with supporting the execution of strategic commercial objectives. Mike has worked in the Orthopedics and Medical Device space for nearly 14 years, with the last 9 years at Zimmer Biomet. While at Zimmer Biomet Mike has led teams that have transformed Asset Management processes, while focusing on deploying solutions for customers and field operations leadership. Mike is passionate about leadership development and finding solutions to complicated problems. Throughout his career Mike has worked in Finance, Operations, Strategic Sourcing and Asset Management.
