Pamela Wiseman is a supply chain and operations strategist and practitioner with 25+ years of global senior leadership experience. Pam has held senior roles in both healthcare providers, as VP of Supply Chain for Baylor Scott and White, and Med Device OEMs, as Global Leader of Supply Chain for the Surgical device business unit of Medtronic (supply chain for both manufacturing and distribution). She also has global VP-level experience in electronics, aerospace, and industrial automation with companies such as GE, LeCroy and United Technologies. Pam’s transformative style and team-based approach have enabled major innovative changes, delivering impressive bottom- & top-line results throughout her career. Pam gained recognition from Gartner when her BSWH team was ranked #4 in the Top 25 Supply Chain Teams in Healthcare. She was also named as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain. She is currently a Board member of DC Metro ASCM (past Dallas ASCM Board Member) and is currently advisor to Baylor University, UT Dallas (Ranked #8 by Gartner) and University of Maryland. Pam was also recognized among "100 Women in Manufacturing" with a NAM STEP Award in 2015. Pam excels at defining and leveraging strategic vision through people, technology implementation, and process improvement to drive organizational success.
