Rob Varner

Rob Varner is the Vice President of Distribution & Transportation for the Americas Region for Medtronic. Medtronic is the largest medical device company in the world, with over 105 thousand employees and revenue exceeding $30 billion across 150 countries. Medtronic’s therapies improve the lives of two people every second globally. Rob is currently responsible for a network of 20+ DCs in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, including order fulfillment and transportation to customers across the region. He has over 30+ years of experience in distribution and logistics, supply chain planning, customer service, procurement, and mergers/acquisitions/integrations. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis, and has served on the boards of Leadership Memphis, United Way of the Mid-South, the Arthritis Foundation, and is a member of the West Tennessee District Export Council.
