A Texas-licensed attorney with more than 12 years of healthcare legal experience, Roderica brings a distinctive combination of legal, contracting, and supply chain expertise to healthcare operations. As a lawyer, she has negotiated more than $900 million in contract value across complex healthcare transactions and advised organizations on regulatory, risk, and governance matters. Her legal experience includes HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, 340B, telehealth, and corporate governance. Her current work focuses on strengthening contracting, procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain processes to improve efficiency, cost, compliance, and operational resilience.
