Samantha Betancourt

Samantha Betancourt is Head of Strategy and Marketing at UPS Healthcare. In this role, Samantha leads the strategic vision and positioning of UPS Healthcare as a provider of end-to-end healthcare logistics solutions including inventory management, cold chain packaging and shipping, storage and fulfillment of medical devices, and lab and clinical trial logistics. Before joining UPS, Samantha held the position of Vice President, Supply Chain and External Operations at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where she was responsible for global logistics planning, procurement, external manufacturing partnerships, and supply chain analytics. Samantha has more than 20 years in various global commercial and operational positions for companies including KEMET, Flex, TE Connectivity, and BPL Plasma. Her industry experience includes contract manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, pharma, and medical device. In addition, Samantha is a native English and Spanish speaker with more than 24 years living and working in Latin America. Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in International Business from Central Michigan University. She also received a certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University.
