3:30 PM Track 2: Trust: Common Sense but not Common Practice

Strong provider-manufacturer relationships are essential for a resilient and responsive healthcare supply chain—but too often, partnerships are transactional, strained by misaligned expectations, lack of transparency, and reactive communication. This deep-dive panel combines case study insights, expert discussion, and interactive engagement, bringing together leaders from both sides of the table and dig into what it really takes to build long-term, trust-based partnerships that deliver value for both patients and the business. Through candid discussion, real-world examples, and facilitated breakout activities, participants will explore how to strengthen collaboration, address pain points, and co-create strategies for shared success. This session is designed for supply chain, commercial, and service leaders ready to move beyond transactional models and start building partnerships that withstand disruption and create lasting impact.

  • Identify the common breakdowns in provider-manufacturer communication and how to address them before they erode trust
