Todd leads Microsoft's US Life Sciences business. Prior to this role, he was responsible for Microsoft's Consulting organization across State and Local Government, Education and Health and Life Sciences verticals. He brings more than 20 years of executive experience to Microsoft in both public and private companies. Prior to joining Microsoft, Todd ran his own management consulting business engaging with companies ranging from start-up to large enterprises in multiple markets including defense communications, autonomous driving, and the GigEconomy. His consulting efforts followed the successful sale of a cloud-based wireless optimization start-up, XCellAir, where he was co-founder and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. At XCellAir, he led all sales, marketing and product management driving product strategy, marketing and sales leading to significant business with large communications operators in the US and Canada. Before founding XCellAir, Todd was a member of executive staff and General Manager, Software and Solutions for Radisys, a publicly traded communications solution provider. At Radisys, his team more than doubled services revenue built around a market-leading software portfolio and brand. He brings a wealth of experience in both defining strategy for growing services and software business as well as field experience delivering on that strategy. Todd holds both a MS in Systems Architecture from the University of Southern California and a BS in Systems and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia.
